      1.1. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of South Africa. 1.2. Employees of Comtel, their immediate families, and individuals associated with the competition (including any promotional partners or agencies) are not eligible to enter.

      2.1. Home clients must log into their ClientZone portal at https://client.comtel.co.za and click ‘Play’ to enter. 2.2. Business clients must register at https://play.comtel.co.za by entering their name, surname, email address, mobile number, and South African ID. A new account will automatically be created for them in the new ClientZone (https://client.comtel.co.za) for competition purposes only. These accounts will not display their current business services, which remain on the legacy ClientZone platform (https://clientzone.comtel.co.za) until the business development of the new Clientzone platform is complete. 2.3. Non-clients must register at https://play.comtel.co.za by entering their name, surname, email address, mobile number, and South African ID. An “Audience Member” account is automatically created for them in Comtel’s Ecosystem in https://client.comtel.co.za. Audience Members must log into this account to view their competition status and collect their prizes. 2.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, multiple accounts, or the use of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification. Comtel reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including banning the participant from future competitions. 2.5. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted.

      3.1. Each competition runs for the period advertised. 3.2. The prize draw date and time will be as advertised. 3.3. Winners are notified via email after 12pm on the day of the prize draw and must log into their ClientZone account to accept their prize.

      4.1. Winners must provide a South African bank account to receive cash prizes via EFT. 4.2. Cash prizes are non-transferable. 4.3. If unclaimed within three (3) months of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

      5.1. Vouchers are for fibre internet services only and are non-transferable. 5.2. Voucher types: - Voucher-1250/2500: R1,250 Home Fibre or R2,500 Business Fibre credit 
- Voucher-2500/5000: R2,500 Home Fibre or R5,000 Business Fibre credit 
- Voucher-5000/10000: R5,000 Home Fibre or R10,000 Business Fibre credit 
 5.3. Non-Comtel clients may choose a home or business service upon subscribing. 5.4. Existing Comtel clients may apply vouchers to their account as credit. 5.5. If unclaimed within twelve (12) months of notification, the voucher will be forfeited.

      6.1. Prizes will appear in the winner’s ClientZone or PlayComtel profile and may be redeemed within the applicable validity period. 6.2. Only the authorised account holder may claim prizes, and a valid South African ID must be provided.

      7.1. By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for competition administration, in accordance with POPIA and applicable laws. 7.2. Participants may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of their personal data. 7.3. Comtel will not share participants’ data with third parties, except where required by law.

      8.1. Comtel may publish winners’ names for marketing purposes. 8.2. By entering, participants agree to be added to Comtel’s mailing list for newsletters and communications during the competition. 8.3. Participants must remain subscribed until the competition ends to remain eligible.

      9.1. Comtel is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical or communication failures. 9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comtel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to the competition or prize acceptance.

      10.1. Comtel may disqualify participants who breach these Terms, attempt to manipulate the entry process, or provide false information. 10.2. Comtel reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity.

      11.1. Comtel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 
- 
      
        
      
      12.1. If a prize becomes unavailable, Comtel may substitute it with one of equal or greater value. 
- 
      
        
      
      13.1. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes payable on prizes. 
- 
      
        
      
      14.1. Unless explicitly stated, this competition is not endorsed by any third party, and references to other brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
